Terms & Conditions

Please be aware that we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy at Metro Spa; you can cancel or rearrange your appointment at any time before this. If this cancellation period is not adhered to, you may be liable to pay a cancellation or no-show fee.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call Metro Spa at the earliest opportunity to cancel or rearrange. Our appointments are limited, so we operate this policy to ensure appointment time is not wasted and we can free up the space for another booking.

Refund Policy

You are unable to receive a refund for a package once the first treatment has been redeemed, unless for medical reasons. If you do not adhere to our cancellation policy or do not attend one of your treatments within the package, this session will not be carried over.

No refunds will be offered for any treatment(s) that have been completed.

Appointments

Please arrive at your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so any necessary paperwork can be completed. If you are running late for any reason, please call us as soon as possible to let us know. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting your appointment.

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to the spa unless accompanied by another adult. For health and safety reasons, children are not permitted within our treatment rooms.

Prior to your appointment, you will be made aware of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. If this is not adhered to, this may result in cancellation of your appointment, a reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

We will also provide relevant aftercare instructions, which you must comply with.

Consultations

Our consultations are free of charge, but a £35 no-show fee will apply if you do not attend. If you do not adhere to our cancellation policy or fail to attend your consultation, this fee will not be refunded.

Our consultations are no-obligation, and we will never pressure you into a treatment you do not want.

During your consultation, we will assess your suitability for your desired treatment(s). If you are not deemed suitable, we will explain the reasons. We only do this to ensure your safety and the best possible results.

If you are found unsuitable for treatment, you will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation. We may also recommend an alternative treatment where applicable.

Pricing and Payments

Treatment prices may vary depending on the clinician and may change during promotional periods. Please refer to our price list for the most up-to-date information.

Package/course payments must be made in full prior to your first treatment.

Liability

You will be required to read and sign consent forms before treatment. Without your written consent, we will be unable to proceed with your treatment.

If you do not inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or medications that may impact the suitability of your treatment, we reserve the right to refuse treatment, which may incur a cancellation fee.

We are also unable to provide any aesthetic or injectable treatments for patients under 18 years old or for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Metro Spa will not be liable for any damage resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical or medication details. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit Metro Spa’s liability for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence.

Complaints

We strive to provide a premium service for every client. However, if you have an issue relating to your treatment at Metro Spa, you are entitled to lodge a complaint.

Complaints can be made via our online form, in writing, or by phone. Your complaint will be handled by the appropriate party, and we will seek to offer a resolution.

Special Offers & Vouchers

  • Discounts can only be used against the RRP for treatments and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Please check any offer expiry dates when making a booking.
  • All Metro Spa vouchers must be used within 12 months of the issue date and can be used for treatments and skincare purchases.
  • If you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy or do not show up for an appointment, your voucher may be forfeited.
  • If you have purchased a course offer/package, it must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. Any treatments remaining after this period will be forfeited, and you will need to purchase a new package.

Form Submissions

If you make an enquiry via our chat box or online form, your details will be securely stored within our database. You may receive emails about special offers and spa news, but you can opt out at any time. We will never pass on your information to third parties.

Refer a Friend

If you refer a friend, both you and your friend will receive £50 towards our treatment range.

To qualify:

  • You must be an existing Metro Spa client.
  • The referred friend must be a new client.
  • The new client must include your full name in their booking notes as a referral.

Your credit will be valid for 3 months following the referral. No cash alternative will be offered.
